Strategic Transportation Services was founded in 2000 by Allen Haley after the completion of his service as a manager for a regional railroad in Texas. Allen cumulated his career as an accomplished and well respected railroader by starting Strategic Transporation Services to provide solutions to rail problems, based on his years of experience and extensive knowledge of rail transportation.
Our Mission:
To offer a variety of consulting services to meet the needs of a rapidly changing transportation community. We will work with our clients to define their projects and needs. We will design a package of consulting services around these needs and provide a quality service that meets or exceeds the customer's expectations.
